ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If you receive your purchase and determine it doesn't best fit your needs, please email us at info@parkerprollc.com. We will gladly offer you a one-time discount if you need to make another purchase, instead.
We highly encourage you to donate any non-returnable purchases to your local animal shelter.
Damage & Issues Exception
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. You have two business days after delivery to contact us with concerns.
A pre-paid label will then be sent to your email with return instructions.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item and send out an email with new tracking for its replacement.
We are committed to providing our customers with quality in each purchase, although we know we may not get it right 100% of the time.
